Our 2009/2010 Pre-Christmas tournament schedules have been posted below. We will be posting our 2009/2010 Post-Christmas Tournament schedules by November 30th.

  • Round robin 4 games guaranteed

  • Games are 20 minutes in length
  • Semis & finals are 20 minutes

9am - 8pm      12pm - 10pm
The time in which the tournament will take place. Most tournaments will take between four to five hours to complete. Tournaments will not necessarily start on the time listed or take the full time listed

Registration

Deadline is one week prior to each tournament date. Divisions are set up on a first paid basis. Teams may call regarding schedules Wednesday evening prior to the tournament. Scheduled dates and times are subject to change. Applications received after the deadline will be accepted on an availability basis. Due to difficulty in rearranging tournaments and schedules, no refunds will be given. Any cancellation due to weather will be rescheduled in April. All out of EPYSA teams must forward permission to travel forms to WVSD one week prior to the tournament date.

Rosters

All coaches must have an official stamped roster, and a copy for Dome use, as well as player passes for rostered players and guest players. 12 player maximum is recommended. Any players over 12 will need to purchase awards. Teams are allowed 2 guest players (must have player pass). All select teams must play up a year.
